These are before-and-after photos taken during the renovation process.

We were able to save the original medalions in the Parlor and Dining rooms and foyer.

All of the original trim remained in the house except for two window frames and one door frame.

The rafters and flooring on the ground floor had to be completely replaced due to water damage.

Ground-floor kitchen to be built from sratch.

The plaster work begins...

Hiding the A/C units in a bedroom closet...

Adding plumbing to a house that had none-

All of the plaster on the top floor was damaged beyond repair by a leaky roof.

The bathrooms begin to take shape.

We added a skylight in the hall to provide more natural light.

Crown Molding in the bedrooms.

Tedious scraping revealed the remarkable beauty of the antique window and door trim.

We returned original baseboards and banisters.

Some new wood had to be milled to match the existing trim.

 A few modern elements...

 New front steps and stucco.

The back porches were built to match the neighboring house.
